This software is a lot like budgeting with envelopes. When you have income, you just enter positive transactions into the budget categories. When you spend money, you enter negative transactions into the budget categories. Just like putting money into an envelop and taking money out of it. How much simpler could it be. The cool thing here is that this budgeting software lets you spend money the way you normally do (credit, check, cash, etc). You don't have to carry all those envelopes of cash around with you.
